When you register for an event, your name, email address, phone number, and other registration details are shared with the event organizer for the purpose of coordinating your participation. By registering, you consent to this sharing.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or banking information. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.

559Tourney is an online marketplace and directory platform that connects sports event organizers with players across California's Central Valley. We facilitate event listings, player registration, and payment processing. We are not an event organizer and are not responsible for the conduct, safety, or management of any event listed on our platform.
By creating an account or registering for an event, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. 559Tourney charges a 7% service fee on all registration payments processed through the platform, plus applicable payment processing fees. Organizer subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. By submitting a payment, you authorize 559Tourney and Stripe to charge the applicable fees.
559Tourney is a registration platform only. Refunds for event registration fees are handled entirely at the discretion of the event organizer. 559Tourney does not process or guarantee refunds for event registrations. Players seeking refunds must contact the event organizer directly using the contact information provided on the event listing. 559Tourney's service fee is non-refundable once a registration has been processed.
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, the conduct and safety of their events, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining appropriate insurance and permits, communicating with registered participants, and handling refunds and cancellations in accordance with their stated policies.
559Tourney is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in any event listed on our platform. We are a technology platform only. Participation in any athletic or recreational event carries inherent risk, and participants assume full responsibility for their participation.
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings, collect payments outside the 559Tourney platform for events listed on our platform, use our platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent our fee structure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our platform or other users.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
